Cucumber & Lettuce Sandwich
1 Lettuce Leaf
1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise or Chipotle Spread
Spread 1 tablespoon Chipotle Spread evenly on each slice of bread.
Top one slice with lettuce leave, cucumber rounds.
Sprinkle salt to taste over the Cucumber.
Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
Cut the edges of the Bread.
Cut into half and serve.
